What a great post, as always. You are spot-on. Mostly persuade. But strategically "just" inform sometimes. Sometimes I get "change fatigue" with presentations. Everyone wants me to change and do. Sometimes I just want to learn. And then I can decide how to apply it. ;)

Great example of lifelong learning JD! It is wonderful to see folks consciously communicating with a purpose as your folks had done. I hope it was successful in creating constructive dialog within their audiences. As a friend of mine said, "Data will set you free!" Not always, but a good place to start.
