JD—This is another amazing piece. I think a “listening module” might accompany our storytelling module for Aspen. It would be amazing to think how we might structure that and pitch it to Josh. Our aspiring leaders need to build and exercise their listening muscles and the use of SAID depending on context reminds me of AIM.
